I purchased a brand new Seat Ibiza from Arbury Seat Stourbridge last weekend and was helped to do so by Connor. I wasn't 100% sure of what I wanted when I arrived at the dealership, but I had been liaising with Connor via email for a few days beforehand and so he talked me through and showed me the options when I arrived. There was no hard sell or pushy sales tactics from him at all - something which was very welcome indeed. I am now loving my new car and so a massive thank you to Connor for his very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly approach. It made the process very easy so thank you!

Dropped in by chance to try to get some work completed on a motability vehicle.
Dealership was able to do the job the next day.
Everybody in the dealership is friendly and courteous.
Small customer area with free refreshments and a TV.
Dealership seems very clean ( evidenced by a visit to the loo) and Public areas very presentable.
Would recommend it .

Went along to view a Ford Fiesta, I was greeted by Connor who told me where the car was located and brought the keys for me to have a look around. After a few minutes chatting and looking at the car Connor offered me a test drive immediately. The car was in pristine condition as advertised and I decided to buy it.
Connor is an asset to the company and made the whole experience stress free (Although there were additional services like GAP insurance, and paint protection etc, there was no pressure to take on these additional services which I have experienced at other alternative dealerships). Connor even arranged to pick me up from my home address on the day of collection. I highly recommend this dealership.

Can’t thank Connor enough, the Seat Leon was described as Pristine and it was! There was not a mark on it! I travelled halfway down the country for this car and would definitely return back to the retailer again in the future! The sale was very efficient and helpful, detailed videos were sent to me of the car prior to collection etc.
